Hopefully, a similar incentive will be available on the Xbox One and PS4. All they need to do is download the free game, plug in their portal, and begin playing. People that may have purchased Disney Infinity 1.0 on the Wii, Xbox 360, or PS3 can now use their portal and characters on the Wii U. As of the time of writing, no free download seems to be available on any other system. Although the portal and characters are still required to play the game, this is a very smart move by Disney, and potentially Nintendo as well if this deal is exclusive to their console. Over the weekend, Disney Infinity 1.0 popped up on the Wii U eShop in North America as a free download.
